VYBE is a product of Nimble Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the VYBE mobile application.

By using VYBE, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, date of birth, gender, and location you provide during registration.

Profile Data: Interests, goals, preferences, and partner preferences you select during onboarding.

Photos: Photos you upload or capture for AI prediction generation.

Chat Messages: Messages exchanged with other users through Vybe Match.

Subscription Data: Your subscription tier and payment status (payments are processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store, not by us directly).

Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.

Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, prediction history, and match activity.

Approximate Location: Country and city-level location for matching and localized pricing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Generate AI-powered future predictions and personalized life stories
- Match you with compatible users on Vybe Match based on interests, goals, and AI-generated compatibility tags
- Enable real-time chat between matched users
- Manage your subscription and account
- Send notifications about matches, messages, and app updates
- Improve the app experience and fix issues
- Comply with legal obligations

3. Photo Privacy

Your photos are used solely for generating AI predictions. Photos are processed securely and are not stored permanently after your prediction is generated. Your photos are never shared with other users. Your photos are never used for AI model training. You can delete all your data at any time through the app.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

AI Service Providers: Your profile information (not photos) is sent to our AI provider solely to generate personalized predictions. This data is not retained by the provider.

Vybe Match Users: If you use Vybe Match, other users can see your first name, age, location, interests, and compatibility score only. Your email, date of birth, and full name are never shared.

Hosting and Infrastructure Providers: To operate the app securely.

Law Enforcement: Only when required by applicable law or legal process.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

- Access your personal data through the Profile section
- Edit your profile information at any time
- Delete your account permanently (Profile → Delete Account), which removes all your data within 30 days
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us

6. Data Retention

Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active.
Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Chat messages: Deleted when either user deletes their account.
Predictions: Deleted when you delete your account.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Age Requirement

VYBE is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and data immediately.

9. User-to-User Interactions

Nimble Technologies is NOT liable for any interactions, meetings, communications, or transactions between users. You interact with other users at your own risk. Never share personal financial information or send money to anyone you meet through VYBE.

10. International Data & Compliance

We comply with applicable data protection laws including:

GDPR (European Union): EU users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port their data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

CCPA (California, USA): California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data.

LGPD (Brazil): Brazilian users have rights to access, correction, deletion, and anonymization of their data.

PDPA (Thailand): Thai users have rights to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

DPDP Act (India): Indian users have the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data, and to nominate a representative.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of VYBE after changes constitutes acceptance.
