VYBE Terms of Service

Welcome to VYBE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VYBE mobile application ("App"), operated by Nimble Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using VYBE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VYBE. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. About VYBE
VYBE is an AI-powered entertainment app that generates future identity predictions and connects users through social matching. VYBE uses artificial intelligence to create fictional future life stories based on your profile information.
IMPORTANT: All AI predictions, stories, scores, and compatibility ratings are generated for entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice and should not be relied upon for life, career, financial, medical, or relationship decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use fake identities. One account per person.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Create fake or misleading profiles
- Solicit money from other users
- Send spam, advertisements, or promotional content
- Share explicit, offensive, or illegal content
- Impersonate another person
- Use the app for commercial solicitation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the app
- Violate any applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. User-to-User Interactions
VYBE facilitates connections between users through Vybe Match and chat features. However:
All interactions with other users are at your own risk. Nimble Technologies is NOT responsible or liable for any meetings, communications, disputes, damages, or transactions between users. We do not conduct background checks on users. Never send money to anyone you meet through VYBE. Never share sensitive personal information such as bank details, passwords, or government IDs with other users. Report any suspicious or harmful behavior immediately through the app.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
VYBE offers free and paid subscription tiers. All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies. Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency by the app store.
7. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and information you upload. By using VYBE, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and data solely for generating predictions and enabling app features.
Our Content: The app design, AI-generated stories, branding, and code are owned by Nimble Technologies LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
AI-Generated Content: Stories and predictions generated by AI are created for your personal use. You may share your results through the app's share feature.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.nimbletechnologies.biz/vybe-privacy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
VYBE is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI predictions are fictional and for entertainment only. We make no claims about their accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimble Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VYBE, including but not limited to damages from user-to-user interactions, reliance on AI predictions, loss of data, or service interruptions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nimble Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of VYBE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. International Users
VYBE is available globally. By using the app, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), PDPA (Thailand), and DPDP Act (India).
